产业转移是优化生产力空间布局、推进区域经济高质量发展的有效途径。建设豫东承接产业转移示范区，强化豫东地区与长三角等地区产业发展互联互通，为商丘、周口形成高质量发展新动能和提升产业竞争力带来了历史机遇。商丘、周口两地近年来加强承接产业转移战略谋划，培育完善各类平台载体，建立健全招商工作机制，承接产业转移工作取得显著成效。同时在国内外产业转移和资本流动格局发生深刻变化的背景下，豫东承接产业转移示范区建设也面临着一定的压力和挑战。高质量建设豫东承接产业转移示范区，需要立足本地发展基础和比较优势，明确承接产业转移的方向和重点，大力提升产业配套能力，着力优化发展软环境，有力有序地加以推进。

Industrial transfer is an effective way to optimize the spatial layout of productive forces and promote highquality development of regional economy. The construction of the demonstration zone for undertaking industrial transfer in eastern Henan,strengthening the interconnection between the industrial development of eastern Henan and the Yangtze River Delta and other regions,has brought valuable historical opportunities for Shangqiu and Zhoukou to form new driving forces for high-quality development and enhance industrial competitiveness. In recent years,Shangqiu and Zhoukou have strengthened their strategic planning for undertaking industrial transfer,cultivated and improved various platforms and carriers, established and improved the mechanism for attracting investment, and achieved remarkable results in undertaking industrial transfer.At the same time,under the background of profound changes in the pattern of industrial transfer and capital flow at home and abroad,the construction of the demonstration zone for undertaking industrial transfer in eastern Henan is also facing certain pressures and challenges.To build a high-quality demonstration zone for industrial transfer in eastern Henan,we need to base on the local development foundation and comparative advantages, clarify the direction and focus of industrial transfer, vigorously improve the industrial supporting capacity, focus on optimizing the soft environment for development, and promote the demonstration zone's development effectively and orderly.
