随着社会老龄化程度的日益加深，“互联网+养老”模式成为当前我国应对“白发浪潮”的一个新途径，各地积极开展智慧养老服务工作。当前，广西在智慧社区养老服务供给上面临着资金投入效能、智慧社区养老模式的开发与运行、服务人才队伍建设以及养老服务供需衔接等方面的困境。基于积极福利角度认为，广西在开展智慧社区养老服务工作时，需要强化政府统筹效能、增加资金供给能力；推动智慧信息共享服务平台以及养老服务人才队伍的建设；构建多元主体联动格局，发挥政府、市场、社会组织、社区以及家庭和个人的合力优势，持续优化智慧社区养老服务供给工作，促进智慧社区养老服务的良性长足发展。

With the deepening of aging, the "Internet + elderly care" mode has become a new way to deal with the "wave of white hair" in China, and various regions actively carry out the work of smart elderly care service. At present, Guangxi is faced with difficulties in the supply of smart community-based elderly care service, such as the efficiency of capital investment, the development and operation of smart community-based elderly care mode, the construction of service personnel, and the connection between supply and demand of elderly care service. Based on the perspective of positive welfare, when carrying out the smart community-based elderly care service work, Guangxi not only needs to strengthen the government overall planning efficiency, but also needs to increase the money supply capacity and promote the intelligent information platform for sharing service and strength the elderly service workforce. What's more, building an multi-subject interconnected paradigm to give full play to governments, markets, social organizations, communities, families, and individuals, and optimizing the supply of elderly services in smart communities continuously can promote the benign and long-term development of smart community-based elderly services.
